Do you Re-handle your knives?
We currently do not have time to do any Custom Re-handles in our Shop. We will re-handle any handle that is damaged beyond use. We have an Authorized Re-handler. Any handles customized at the following location will still be covered under warranty.

I have a Natural Material Handle (Impala, Rough out Buffalo, Sheep Horn).
The Handle scales are not symmetrical. Is this Normal?
This is completely Normal. Handles with Natural Materials will never be exactly symmetrical. We finish these handles to preserve the outer bark and maintain the Natural look of the Horn. This is within Factory Specifications.
Is the sheath supplied covered under warranty?
The sheaths have the same warranty as our knives. If your sheath is defective, or you have damaged it in some way, send it back and we will fix or replace it. We do NOT warranty Sheaths with the EEP Process Applied. Please contact us if you have any questions.
Can I buy an extra sheath?
We do not Sell our Sheaths directly. A secondary Sheath can be purchased from one of our Dealers or Distributors.

Where can I buy a honing block or kit to sharpen and maintain the edge of my knife?
Both DLT Trading (DLT) and Knivesshipfree (KSF) sell honing kits. KSF also has some wonderful sharpening videos that will guide you through how to maintain your convex edge. Take a peek if you are looking for some handy Tips.
I’m looking for a specific knife, but I can’t seem to find it at any of your Dealers. What should I do?
If you can’t find what you are looking for at our Dealers, you can always check our Production Schedule to see if we are making another run.
If you still can’t find it, you can always head to www.knifejournal.com and ask on the wanted section in our subforum.

Do you have a showroom?
No. Since all of the knives we produce are shipped out the same day, we cannot stock a showroom. The closest store that carries our knives is Knives Ship Free and Northstar Trading Post in Escanaba, MI. The next closest is the Knives Outlet in Marinette, WI.
Can I have jimping added to my knife if I have the ramp removed?
No. Jimping cannot be added to post-production knives.

Do you give military discounts?
We don’t give Military discounts, since we don’t sell direct to our customers. If you call, we can give you a list of the Dealers who do.
How does pre-ordering work? What is pre-ordering?
Pre-ordering allows you to order one of our knives before the run is even started. You can customize the knife to how you want; the handle material, with liners, without liners. You Must contact one of our Dealers and pre-order a knife through them.
Check our Production Schedule often to see which knives are coming up to be sure you get your pre-order in before we make the next run. Your Dealer or Distributor will place the order.
